Tom and Katie's 'Unusual' Home Back on the Market?

Us Weekly is reporting that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' 7,000-square-foot Beverly Hills home is back on the market - for $100,000 a month!

A source says the 1927 home is beautiful, but "the layout is unusual. Suri's bedroom is connected to Katie's closet. It's quite surprising that Tom and Katie lived there."

The couple will reportedly relocate to a nearby home in October.
