It’s a paparazzi match made in heaven: Britney and Cameron Diaz’s ex, Criss Angel.

“Extra” has the juicy details of Brit’s late night date with the Vegas illusionist after being introduced at dinner.

The two allegedly tried to check into the swanky Bel Air hotel, by spy witnesses tell us they weren’t allowed in. The pair then went and got a room at another hotel.

Only hours earlier, Britney visited her lawyer’s office with longtime friend Alli Sims, who was first to get a subpoena from K-Fed’s attorney.

Brit watchers now wonder whether Mom Lynne could be served next, since early on she sided with Kevin in the couple’s ever-nastier custody battle.
