“Dancing with the Stars” heartthrob Mario Lopez opened up to “Extra” about his gal pal and dance partner Karina Smirnoff’s recent lip-lock with another man.

We broke the news that the sexy dancer and Mario’s rumored girlfriend was caught smooching a mystery man last week in Hollywood, and now the former teen star is telling “Extra” how he feels about the pucker.

“I’ve been in the business a long time, and I don’t let things affect me,” Mario confessed. “I take things with a grain of salt.”

But Karina has a confession about the tongue tie.

“He’s my ex dance partner,” she said of the mystery hunk. “I couldn’t imagine that it would be taken out of proportion that much; Mario and I had a good laugh at that.”
